PIL - Requesting the VAO ( Village Administrative Officer ) to stay in their respective villages, assigned to them.

Today (7 Jan 2016) - It is a remarkable day in the life of every villagers, SPI ( Satta Panchayat Iyakkam - Has filed a PIL ( Public Interest Litigation) seeking court intervention to insist the VAO ( Village administrative Officers) has to be a resident and stay in their respective villages assigned to them.

Chennai Collector Report on Flex banners installed for ADMK meeting..Counter affidavit for Satta Panchayat Iyakkam PIL

30-12-2015: Satta Panchayat Iyakkam filed public interest Litigation in Madras Highcourt to stay the General body meeting of ADMK, which is happening in an educational institutional campus. It was heard as an emergency petition and our writ petition was dismissed ( Traffic Ramasamy also filed similar case, his writ petition was also dismissed). In the case hearing we mentioned that banners were installed in footpaths blocking pedestrians. Considering this, judges asked Tamilnadu Govt to submit relevant permission given by them, to ADMK caders.
